Please be aware that Birmingham, like every city can become busy around 4-6pm, so please allow enough time to get to us.
The track is quite hidden away, but we will have plenty of signs and marshalls on hand to direct you from the main car park.

The main entrance to the track is down the side of Priorsfield conference centre, a short walk northbound from the North East Car Park on Edgbaston Park Road.
Our events team have taken extensive measures to ensure a safe space for all athletes, coaches, officials and volunteers.
All attendees will be asked to complete a Covid Medical Declaration Form within 72 hours of the event (link will be sent out shortly).
All attendees will have to pass a physical temperature check on arrival.
You will then receive an event wristband to enable you to move on/off site freely.
If you, or anyone in your household develop any Covid symptoms prior to the event you should not attend as per government guidance.
If you travel by car with anyone who then provides a high temperature on arrival, all travelling members of that car will be denied entry to the event.
All attendees will be asked to wear a face-mask on arrival for a safe check-in and requested to wear at all times on site (unless competing or warming up/down).
Anyone who does not satisfy the above requirements will not be permitted onto the site.
Athletes and plus ones will be asked to leave as soon as possible after the athlete's individual event has taken place.

Spectators and coaches
Due to Covid regulations there will be no spectators permitted on site.
Athletes will however be able to bring along ONE person to accompany them.
Only under 18 athletes and disability athletes will be permitted a guardian/carer and a coach (i.e. upto 2 persons)
All athlete's ‘plus ones’ must complete the Covid Medical Declaration form prior to the event - FORM WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE ON SUNDAY 18th APRIL.
If people do not pre-register their intended attendance they will not be permitted onto the site.

Athletes will be encouraged to do warm-up/down jogs, where possible, off-site.
The nearby Canal and Vale sites, offer plenty of open space for running.
Athletes will be permitted onto the track at least 30mins prior to their event start, please listen to the officials and volunteers to maintain safety around other events in the programme.
Where possible, Field events will be permitted into the event area 45mins prior to event start to allow for full warm-up/preparations.
Hurdles will be available around the site for warm-ups.
Athletes are permitted to use personal starting blocks for warm-up, but must use stadium blocks for the competition itself.
No headphones are permitted within the competition area.
Live results and streaming
We will not be issuing paper results at the event to comply with Covid protocols.
All event results will be available live via the OpenTrack website.
We will also have a livestream (link to follow).

Entries are still open for our May 12th meeting.
Following England Athletics guidance, entries will be open to athletes throughout England.
**Due to updates to the Welsh Government roadmap and others, entries will now also be open to all home nations (and Ireland).**
We are still unfortunately unable to accept international entries.
Unfortunately, due to government guidance we will not be able to have spectators at either of our April or May fixtures - however we will have live coverage and results via our social media streams on the day.
Due to the popularity of our competitions, many events have already sold out.

Any disability athletes would be entitled to be accompanied by another person/carer.
It is our intention at the June and July events to include some of the events omitted above (including Pole Vault & Triple Jump) - these timetables will be released as soon as possible in the coming weeks.
Highlight performances in recent years:
Amy Hunt became the 2nd fastest British 16yo of
all time in the 100m (behind Dina Asher-Smith).
Lewis Byng went 2nd all-time on the UK U20 rankings for the shot put.
3 European U20 Championship qualifying times were acheived at the final open (men's 110mH, women's 1500m, men's 3000m).
Senior World Champs Doha qualifying time acheived in the women's 3000m steeplechase.
Junior world record set by BMC junior team in 4x800m.
Rosemary Chrimes set a v85 British shot put record.
