Travel Directions/Parking

Please be aware that Birmingham, like every city can become busy around 4-6pm, so please allow enough time to get to us.

The track is quite hidden away, but we will have plenty of signs and marshalls on hand to direct you from the main car park.

Multi-storey car park (North East Car Park) postcode is: B15 2SA

The main entrance to the track is down the side of Priorsfield conference centre, a short walk northbound from the North East Car Park on Edgbaston Park Road.

Covid protocols

Our events team have taken extensive measures to ensure a safe space for all athletes, coaches, officials and volunteers.

All attendees will be asked to complete a Covid Medical Declaration Form within 72 hours of the event (link will be sent out shortly).

All attendees will have to pass a physical temperature check on arrival.

You will then receive an event wristband to enable you to move on/off site freely.

If you, or anyone in your household develop any Covid symptoms prior to the event you should not attend as per government guidance.

If you travel by car with anyone who then provides a high temperature on arrival, all travelling members of that car will be denied entry to the event.

All attendees will be asked to wear a face-mask on arrival for a safe check-in and requested to wear at all times on site (unless competing or warming up/down).

Anyone who does not satisfy the above requirements will not be permitted onto the site.

Athletes and plus ones will be asked to leave as soon as possible after the athlete's individual event has taken place.

Spectators and coaches

Due to Covid regulations there will be no spectators permitted on site.

Athletes will however be able to bring along ONE person to accompany them.

Only under 18 athletes and disability athletes will be permitted a guardian/carer and a coach (i.e. upto 2 persons)

All athlete's ‘plus ones’ must complete the Covid Medical Declaration form prior to the event.

If people do not pre-register their intended attendance they will not be permitted onto the site.

To express interest in receiving this form direct please email:

Athlete warmups

Athletes will be encouraged to do warm-up/down jogs, where possible, off-site.

The nearby Canal and Vale sites, offer plenty of open space for running.

Athletes will be permitted onto the track at least 30mins prior to their event start, please listen to the officials and volunteers to maintain safety around other events in the programme.

Where possible, Field events will be permitted into the event area 45mins prior to event start to allow for full warm-up/preparations.

Hurdles will be available around the site for warm-ups.

Athletes are permitted to use personal starting blocks for warm-up, but must use stadium blocks for the competition itself.

No headphones are permitted within the competition area.
