BUAC offers training for athletes ranging from 60m to the marathon and every event in between for all abilities and prior experiences. Each track and field group is led by a coach and has its own facebook group. The endurance groups are led by various coaches and share a facebook group, BUAC MD Training.
The table below shows typical training times and locations across the different groups. For the most accurate and up to date training schedule, please see the facebook groups of the training events, or contact your coach or track/XC captain directly.
*Spin is a 50 minute indoor cycle session led by an expert instructor. Please bring a bottle pf water and a towel to this. Sign ups are done via a weekly spin post on the BUAC 19-20 group.
It should be noted that during the winter months, club members will have access to the hi-pac at the Alexandra stadium. Transport there and back from the university is provided on a Monday. Circuits, footdrills and spin are for all members of the club, across all events.
Supplementary sessions are hosted by UBSport. These are outlined below.
