BUAC Roundup - 6th September

The past seven days were light on athletics for most, with the week culminating in the British Championships across Friday and Saturday.

As such, most involvement for BUAC was limited to club-level meets, of course accompanied by plenty of athletes getting a run out at the Nationals.

The best performances of the week from current members were no doubt from Amelia Quirk, and Issy Boffey. The duo picked up a medal apiece, as Quirk's club record-setting run in the 5000 metres won her a bronze, and Boffey's fast finish in the 800 metres secured her a silver.
